Our office offers private pay options in addition to in-network and out-of-network insurance options. Some benefits of choosing private pay include not having to share a diagnosis and treatment information with an insurance provider, and also eliminating restrictions (such as frequency or total amount of appointments).

Out-of-Network

We are out of network for all other insurances. Many insurances offer out-of-network mental health care benefits. Please contact your insurance provider directly to learn about the out-of-network benefits available with your plan. Some questions to ask are:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health coverage?

• What percentage is covered?

• Is there a session limit and/or time period?

• Do I have a deductible?

• How do I submit a request for reimbursement once my deductible is met?

• What is the reimbursement for CPT code 90791 (diagnostic intake)? 90834 (45-minute session)? 90837 (53+ minute session)?
